Sellers Fees

a) Is there anything to pay when I sell my property?

No. goprivate.co.za does not charge any additional fees or commission when you sell your property - no hidden costs!

goprivate.co.za will administer your property details, upload your photos and maintain the property database web site. We will keep your details on the property database for six months but will gladly extend the advertising period for an additional six months at no extra charge if your property remains unsold.

b) The Donation

Goprivate.co.za soly rely on the donations from advertisers to sustain this service. We do not expect anything from you but a donation will be accepted.

c) Can I use an estate agent as well as 'goprivate.co.za'?

Yes! No problem. goprivate.co.za can be used as an additional advertising service to help sell your property.

goprivate.co.za is not an estate agent and does not purport to act on your behalf in such a capacity. We are simply acting as a service to assist you to privately advertise your property for sale.

In the event that you have already retained the services of an estate agent, we do recommend that you first check the small print of the estate agent's contract to establish the precise nature and extent of any restrictions or obligations placed on you as regards any actions you may take or must refrain from taking in the performance of your contract with them.

If you have any doubts, you should ask your conveyancer for advice on this matter. Your conveyancer can also advise you as to your position regarding the payment of any fees or commission which may or may not be due to your estate agent in the event that a sale is made as a direct result of advertising your property with goprivate.co.za.
